If you live in or near Brisbane, why don’t you attend the Beautiful Tufi presentation at the Queensland Museum next Thursday 2 July at 3pm. It will be held in the Auditorium and followed by an opportunity for questions and socialising in an adjoining function room, finishing no later than 5pm, the Museum closing time. There is no entry fee and you'll be able to purchase Jan Hasselberg's book. Like Tufi, it is beautiful!
Jan moves energetically, writes enthusiastically and images extraordinarily, yet what impresses me most is that his book enables access to essence of people and places of Cape Nelson and Collingwood Bay.

Jan Hasselberg asked me to pass on the Q Museum Invitation to all who may be interested.
His home is Norway and I literally bumped into him while roaming around remote rural Tufi villages over three weeks in 2010 and again in 2011.
He was gathering information for his book while I was helping the villagers with ecotourism as a possible alternative to large-scale logging for monoculture.
