The Value of Time

Time! Yes, time is so valuable,
A treasure trove so precious,
It’s worth incalculable,
In monetary value.

Time is endowed by God,
To all humanity,
Without bias or malice,
An equal measure each day.

Success in life is contingent,
On valuing time,
Maximising fleeting time,
To create results that last.

To squander time is to waste a life,
Which all mortals need to manage.
Time management, is life management,
Time wasters squander life.

Time wasted slips to eternity,
Irretrievable and lost forever,
Perhaps to be deeply regretted,
Always to be never repeatable.

By systematically planning time,
One can judiciously deploy it,
And create results of greatness,
Even rise above poverty.

Those who rise high have valued time,
And managed time wisely,
And by racing against time,
Have created wonders undreamed.
